Trip to Map is a free, AI-powered tool that transforms text, images, URLs, and natural language descriptions into interactive travel maps. The Service uses Google Gemini AI for content processing and Google Maps for map rendering.

3. Free Service & No Guarantees

The Service is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of AI-extracted locations or geocoding results
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
• Availability of the Service at any particular time
• Accuracy of map data, navigation directions, or travel information

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

4. User-Generated Content

When you create and share a trip list, the content you provide (places, titles, descriptions) becomes publicly accessible via a shareable link. By sharing content, you represent that:

• You have the right to share such content
• The content does not violate any applicable laws
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights

We do not claim ownership of your content but reserve the right to remove any shared content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Abuse the AI processing features (e.g., excessive automated requests)
• Use the Service for any purpose unrelated to travel planning
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party services including Google Maps Platform, Google Gemini AI, and Google Analytics. Your use of the Service is also subject to:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip to Map and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content
• Inaccurate location information or travel recommendations
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any actions taken based on information provided by the Service

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Always verify travel information, directions, and safety conditions through official and authoritative sources before traveling.

8. Intellectual Property

The Trip to Map name, logo, and original code are the property of their respective owners. Map data is provided by Google and is subject to Google's terms. AI-generated content (location extractions, route suggestions) is provided for your personal use.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
